JHN Travel Ltd Nagano Snow Shuttle Agent Portal Effective: June 1, 2026

The following outlines the payment terms and invoicing conditions for Snow Shuttle and Charter bookings made through the Nagano Snow Shuttle Agent Portal.

Snow Shuttle Bookings

  • Payments are invoiced in arrears.
  • Invoices are issued twice monthly during the season. Payment is due within 2 weeks of issue.
  • Rates displayed in the Agent Portal are retail rates. Agents will be invoiced at retail rates less their contracted commission.

For payments made from outside Japan, a landing fee is generally levied by Japanese banks. This fee must be added to the invoice amount.

Charter Bookings

  • Payment is due 30 days before the date of transfer.
  • Charter rates are nett rates. There is no commission on charter reservations.
