Cancellation Fees

JHN Travel Ltd Nagano Snow Shuttle Agent Portal Effective: February 1, 2026

The following outlines the cancellation fee schedule for Snow Shuttle and Charter bookings made through the Nagano Snow Shuttle Agent Portal.

Shuttle Bookings

Cancellation Window Fee
8–20 days before date of travel 50% of total fare
7 days or less before date of travel 100% of total fare

All cancellations must be made via the reservation portal. Reservations cannot be cancelled by phone, email, or other means.

Charter Bookings

Cancellation Window Fee
31 days or more before date of transfer Free of charge
30 days or less before date of transfer No refund

For free-of-charge cancellations, any bank fees or credit card fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
